Simple Profit accesses your Shopify store data including orders, products, and inventory through the Shopify API. This data is used solely to calculate profit margins and generate profitability reports for your store.
We use your store data exclusively to provide the Simple Profit service — calculating real profit margins, generating reports, and tracking purchase orders. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
Order data is cached in a secure database to provide fast reporting. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain cached order data for as long as your subscription is active.
We use the following third-party services: Shopify (store data access), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Upon uninstalling Simple Profit, your store data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
